30-night home trial
Every Royal Wellness device comes with a 30-night home trial. If it’s not right for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
How to start a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and we’ll send a prepaid return label and instructions.
Condition
Returns should include the device and its accessories in resalable condition. Items that are damaged through misuse may be subject to a partial refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping (if any) is non-refundable.
