What’s covered
Royal Wellness devices are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty length depends on the product line and is listed on the product page (panels carry an extended warranty).
What’s not covered
Damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, normal wear, and consumable parts are not covered.
How to make a claim
Email [email protected] with your order number and a short description (photos/video help). We’ll repair or replace the device, or issue a refund where appropriate.
US-based support
Our support team is US-based and available Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm MST. We aim to resolve warranty claims quickly and fairly.
